What exactly is 1-A?

I wonder what is 1-A, 1-A+, and High 1-A requirement?
1) I know that qualitative superiority, but what is it? Is "view Low 1-A structure as fiction" enough to be 1-A?

2) View 1-A as fiction is 1-A Above Baseline 1 Layer, right?

3) "There's infinite hierarchy and higher-level view lower-level as fiction. And A exist outside that hierarchy" If first level is 1-A, then, is A enough to be High 1-A?

(I'm not really good at native english, if you confuse to my question, I'm sorry.)

Not limited to Low 1-A, even viewing a Low 2-C Structure as fictional is enough. There are other methods, such as being defined as more real, more substantial, etc. The idea is that no mathematical amount of anything that is less real than you can overcome that difference.

Yes.
3) "There's infinite hierarchy and higher-level view lower-level as fiction. And A exist outside that hierarchy" If first level is 1-A, then, is A enough to be High 1-A?
Merely existing outside of it isn't enough. It still needs to show that it is of a higher level of existence/quality. If it does that, then yes, A is High 1-A.

1 : Low 2-C structure / High 3-A etc is enough.
2 : Yes
3 : No, just being outside will not be enough.
