It sounds like their conceptual immunity is the result of the character being represented by a more fundamental and transcendent concept, so I think qualifies for Conceptual Nonexistence.

I don't think this means every concept that can be imagined by the human mind, just whatever "concepts" we know exist in this world. So BDE, invulnerability, transduality if you see any yin-yang kinda concepts in the verse, resistance to whatever concepts exist (so theoretically resistance to all physical phenomena or man made weapons)
