The only way to get immunity is through the lack of something. Certain flames in fiction can burn fire, for example, so this wouldn't be immunity. They could only get immunity if they lacked whatever aspect of reality that allows things to get 'hot'.
Uh, only if other people or entities are unable to touch the system menu. Also, it can't be because the system is allowing it, otherwise, it's not a character's ability, but selective intangibility.
Outside of that, what Kachon said is right.
