What does 4-D beings qualify as?

I know this has been asked a lot here, but for those who have a higher dimensional existence of like say at least 4-Dimensional as in 3-Dimensional Space and 1-Dimensional Time. What does that grant?

I know that in the context of like literal dimensional tiering that it is hard for lower dimensional beings to interact or comprehend higher dimensional beings, does it grant anything else?

Would being able to create entire spacetimes that more impervious than conventional space mean anything as well if added to the application too?
