An infinite multiverse made out of different layers based off how different they are with the first layer being small differences compared to the main one, and the highest of layers featuring major differences

if there were 5 or 6 layers, would the cosmology be low 1-C, with 7 to 9 being 1-C and so on and so forth?

The differences are events that happen in each universe, ranging from small to large

Also each multiverse has their own layer of space time that holds in seperate universes
