What characters can survive something like this?

It seems to be difficult to find opponents for characters like Adam Blade, Sate and The Second Christ, although they have decent speed and AP, they have a great amount of hax. One of those hax is the Sixth Wave: so isntead of the write the explication, just going to post picture links:

So, basically if I don't find someone that support that, any fight involving them would end in mismatch. Most likely mindless being like robots can survive, but any other ones?

I'm not sure I fully understand the technique.

Is it a mental attack where the user forces the target's brain to experience that amount of time in 2 real life seconds like the first picture says or is it actually manipulating time and space to force the target's mind to experience that amount of time in some sort of mental alternate dimension like the other two seem to imply?

Because if it's just mental and time is not actually passing in reality, the "nerves and brain's lifespan being wasted" thing doesn't make much sense to me, but fiction is weird. Anyway, in this case mental resistance or good mental abilities could be used to fight it off.

Meanwhile if it's time/space based another time/space manipulator might have a shot at defending themselves or escaping it.

A Type 1 Immortal who wouldn't be affected by experiencing all that time could also survive the experience.

There's no much info about it besides the already posted: this and this barely explain further. You could be right, Type 1 Immortality could survive, but they would be affected anyway.

High Resistance to Mind Manipulation, Power Nullification, Indomitable Will, Some Reality Warpers could completely resist it.

People with Immortality would probably survive through it, but still have to endure the whole thing. Though depending on how much autonomy they have, they could use that time to develop plans or improve themselves mentally. Like if people meditate and what not.
