What are the Requirements and limitations for Invulnerability

Title, I notice this ability listed a few times around pages and it seems to feel a bit inconsistent, especially with pages like Tyranitar which has “Invulnerability (Within Reason)”
 
We updated Invulnerability, but it's basically there needs to be a lore statement that it negates the potency of all conventional attacks made against them. And a simple game mechanic power up that grants temporary invincibility does not count. And it should not be confused with simply having really high durability. Invulnerability is to durability what durability negation is to attack potency.

I See, any specific moments that would disqualify someone for Invulnerability even if it’s stated in the lore?
