We have a character named Abracadabra, whenever Abracadabra gets erased [on a history level or on a plot level etc...] always gets brought back by a hand to existence. This hand represents the writer or something beyond the very plot of the verse which Abracadabra resides in.
Which and what ability is this?

Type 4 and 8 Immortality. This is a lot like the Immortality of the Quake III Arena dudes where they will be brought back to life by a higher force and their Immortality/"respawning" ability is reliant on said higher force.
