What ability is this?

Can you confirm is the candle's fire effect to extinguished itself and relight afterward and not an effect that can be attributed to the ghost (even if extinguishing the fire is only temporary)?

To be honest, it's actually Guiding Light's power in there, and not the candle itself. It loses that ability and becomes lighter when you enter a different dimension like Rooms, where he has no reach over

So it is Guiding Light's power to relight the candle, but is he the same responsible of blowing the fire off? The ghost could just extinguish the candle and then the flame is reignited by the Gliding Light, no precognition involved.

Yes he's responsible for blowing the fire off and reigniting it, but are you sure this wouldn't be at least some sort of ability? since it's used to warn to the player about threats being present or not

Well, the flame shines with green before blowing out, so perhaps he is responsible of that as well. I would call it a form of detection instead of precognition tho.
