What ability is this?

As the title suggest what abilities do you give to someone that manipulates these natural aspects. For context:

Character A manipulates the fundamental forces (Gravity, strong and weak force, electromagnetism force) for a super powered attack. Character B comments on how Character A can balance the natural forces into a single point and tries it himself, balancing Ying and Yang, Taichi and Wuchi, Darkness and Light, Emptiness and Annihilation into one point.

What would this give?
 
That's something I've never even seen before. Looks like some sort of duality manipulation, which doesn't even exist on the wiki

Some kind of duality manipulation is fine, though as what the guy said above this does not exist in the wiki at the moment.
 
A has something like Matter hax that at Macro-Quantum, Physic manip, etc....

B manipulating something that is dual system, dual concept.....but it will fall under conceptual manipulation
