Yes character A would be immune to soul manipulation as they lack one entirely.

Character B would have Soul Manipulation, it's destruction and Immunity Negation (of soul manipulation).

To explain :
Character A lacks a soul and thus is immune. If Character B then gives a soul to Character A, making it bound to it, then it would negate the immunity to soul manipulation as it now has one and bound to it.

Character A doesn't have resistance to Immunity negation as in, even if they're given a soul, they wouldn't be affected by it being manipulated or what not hence it destroying the soul they were given would work like this.
