This just sounds like the growth of a particular entity from a zero-dimensional point to a spherical form, if taken completely at face value. It's not really an ability in any conventional sense.

All I'm seeing is growth. You forget that moving from 1 to 3 dimensions isn't automatically a power jump anymore than being called 12 dimensional means anything.

Even then, I see nothing that implies this is actually something that can continuously happen past this point.
