What abilities would "Forced Jumping" and "Reduced Knockback" qualify as? (Kyanta 2)

I have been working on some profile sandboxes for a f2p dojin fighting game that's very silly, and I'm starting with the main character, Kyanta. He normally plays as a plain old shoto archetype, but he has an alternate form where he basically just a doctor. Two of his attacks are him stabbing the opponent with syringes. One of the syringe attacks causes the opponent to take less knockback from strikes, allowing for longer combos. The other one forces the opponent to automatically jump.

I'll probably label these as Status Effects, but I feel like there should be something else as well to explain them more in detail. If anybody has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
 
idk about the knockback

limited body control/puppetry for the forced jump i think explaining it with description should be sufficient
