I still believe Genos can easily outrange Weisz. Plus, it's difficult to argue for this Genos as this version has no feats except stomping a Low -7B character.

Range matters as Arsenal needs to touch an object to use Mortal Crash.

It won't be that easy to dodge as this version of Genos has homing attacks. He always starts with incineration cannons.
