If it's not Atom's attacks aren't even matter manip, then there's 0 reason SBP to have resistance to it

Cap does have matter manip, but this was purely energy based. The only thing it can correlate to is AP. So ye, deffo should be removed

It should be radiation resistance since he uses the big bang to attack, right? Or at the very least extreme heat? And from his justification of Rage Power, Reactive Power Level should be added
