Though not quite in the spirit of things since she has some nice side abilities, Mami Tomoe's thread manip is the base of her weapons, force fields and powernull, take that away and she is just a very skilled 7-a with 7-c durability that has to fight hand to hand

Drake has soul hax that is able to affect souls that were unaffected by the effects of the spirit realm, the spirit realm is said to contain an infinite number of souls, souls in DOT99D are consistently portrayed as tangible, that means Drake has High 3-A soul hax

Flowey has SAVE and LOAD which basically means he gets to retry the fight over and over again until he wins. Without that, he's pretty much useless.
