No, everyone who's currently above Mewtwo will still be above Mewtwo. Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem, Perfect Zygarde, Ultra Necrozma, Magearna, debatably the Ultra Beasts & Tapus (which would include Solgaleo and Lunala).

That's not your general Mewtwo (At this point, General Mewtwo's are a thing), that's a very specific and iirc powered up Mewtwo a.k.a Shadow Mewtwo.
