What takes more priority over AP, watts or joules?
I am wondering this since I have a calc worth around 5.392 tons of TNT (Large Building level), however, this attack was done by gathering the energy needed to do so in half a second, so a "quickened" attack if you will. Now, if it took a second to gather the energy, it would be double: around 10.784 tons of TNT (Large Building level+), and I also know that watts is a valid way of calculating AP.

So, what would actually be used for this AP calculation?
~2.251 x 10^10 joules...or ~ 4.502 x 10^10 joules/second?
