limited information analysis that allows watchdog man to determine who is a monster

Enhanced senses would be smelling a monster/human from far away
Information analysis would be being able to distinguish the difference between a human and a monster
Enhanced Senses can cover both. To quote from the page:
Enhanced Smell: Users can detect specific smells, and locate their origin. Some may even be able to tell if someone is lying by which hormones they excrete.
Determining a monster by their smell would fall under that description.

it's not really explicitly stated that enhanced smell could do something like detecting a monster, since we don't really know if it has anything to do with a horomone or anything. It's better to just have "limited information analysis via enhanced smell"
information analysis is "the ability to gain information on a character or object by analyzing them."
so he would in this case be using his enhanced senses as the means through which he analyzes information
it's a small overlap so it's best to just have both on the profile

Considering what the monsters look like and given their special biology it wouldn’t be impossible for them to give of certain smell which would indicate they are a monster no?

Well there’s stuff like crablante, who presumably just smells like crab
and Garou who he could sorta tell was becoming a monster, even though he wasn’t really transformed at that point in the series
