Wario's feat. Here a we go again

This is a very easy calc to fix. But before I fix it for you, I just want to make clear what the biggest problem is:

Lina Shields in this calculation assumed that the distance between the beam & the POV is just over 9,000km, which as a result would indicate that the horizon is over 10,000km. Considering that this is a quarter of the Earth's circumference, I don't think I need to explain what the problem with a horizon distance like that is, especially considering that he assumed the planet this feat takes place in to be the same size as that of our Earth.

This problem is what gets the massively inflated cloud thickness of over 738km, and all other major problems as well.

Assuming regular horizon distance of 20km will knock the result down to Tier 7 I believe. At least if I use the same thickness & speed that was used by Lina in the calc that is.

Let me see if I can calc it myself with my own pixel-scaling & everything. Please wait.
 
Always baffled me how a cloud split could get to Tier 5, that seems more accurate
