I want to say Alucard on this one (well...I WANT to say Wario, but I feel like Alucard should win), but I'm not sure. I'll double check.

Alucard takes this with high diffculty. Although Wario Man is stronger, he can't counter some of high end powers such as Soul Steal, if we're assuming he has a soul. Mario games don't touch upon religious things.

But in attack power vs durability, Alucard's arsenal is capable of overwhelming Wario.
