Wario in his treasure for money finds that there's an tournament being done in Earth where the Win Condition is to defeat a Dangerous Bug who'll destroy the Earth if he doesn't find a worthy opponent. Wario didn't seem interested but Mr Satan seeing him as the Light of hope for the planet offered the guy over a billion zeni if he managed to win . Wario eager for money obviously accepted the deal so he decided to participate.

Wario vs. Perfect Cell. Both High 4-C and Speed is Equalized. Fight takes place in Cell Games Arena but no outside interference (of course). Wario is Bloodlusted while Cell is in Character.
