Ichigo's first Getsuga Tenshou made a damn big hole that had no bottom. Safe to say it went down all the way to the lowest part of the planet's crust. Safe to say also that atomization was involved. I'm guessing this feat is High 6-B to 6-A at the very least. This scales to every Lieutenant level Shinigami. Even average Captains are five to ten times as powerful. So they're at least High 6-A.
