I guess the fight can ultimately boil down to, can the master of standing still move fast enough to intercept Sue before she can think to use her Dura Negation to blow her forcefield up from the inside. Though from what it looks like judging by her range, she can easily zone him out enough to do that.

Drax holds the skill and AP advantages. That's where it ends however. Susan's a lot smarter generally, no surprise there. She can easily overwhelm Drax with ranged blasts. It wouldn't be difficult for Sue to keep herself undamaged thanks to her forcefields. This isn't even mentioning that her invisibility would certainly throw Drax off guard
