Where characters scale up against each other inverse.
Character A is comp to Character B who is superior to Character C.
Character A = Character B > Character C.
If character A preforms a speed feat, character B will scale to it, but not Character C.

Uhm... mostly the speed feats and large size scans. For Violence Jack it's the same thing but more on his earthquakes and destructive powers.
