Yeah, Saitama is completely fuсked here, unfortunately. Efficient statistics amplification would pretty much give ******* the AP advantage and Saitama wouldn't be able to take him down. Not to mention they're both at the same speed.
 
I think the more decisive factor is that this guy can just say the other character is dead and uh, just kill them lol

Like he would kill even post-training Saitama with that if I'm not misunderstanding their hax
