It was an official statement when I was in correspondence with them about it yes.
I think that they referred to that the community itself is unstable, which I have to agree with given recent events.
We should obviously not start to discuss said events here however.

No, I don't mean nor intend to discuss recent events here. I was just curious about this whole statement. Shame though, navigating the Wiki on mobile is a real headache.
