If Vriska is in her Low 2-C, then this is a fight
Arceus has reality warping tho, he should be able to trump Vriska's "luck steal", the problem is that speed is equizalized, so Vriska should be able to get several shots before Arceus finally takes her down by warping her

What level of reality warping does Arceus have? Vriska punched out the creator of the comic twice and used final weapon on lord english to take him out, so reality warping isn't something she's completely helpless too I don't think
