if you have a volcanion in your team, 2 npcs (one in X&Y and one in oras) say to you special text, in this video shows them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PJ-01FBVHQ , in both it's said that vulcanion is able to destroy huge montain ranges, as well as being called a nation-builder, idk if this would be called an outlier or something .... also it should be added that he appers to be quite stealthy as he's able to use his fog to hide

Well, it takes destroying an extremely large mountain in one blow to qualify for High 7-A, but your description seems like it should qualify.

Do you have some screencaptures?

no, there's no picture on him doing it, only NPC saying that he can, also huge mountain range ( aka multiple mountains) > huge mountain, but it's not specified if it has took him only one attack or multiple

Then why is large mountain interchangeable with small island?

Small Island is an unfortunate old choice of words that we should get rid of.

I honestly don't mind Small Island level as a term. There's no real way we can come up with terms that "fully" fit with each tier.

Well, it is possible that we should change Mountain level to Large Mountain level, and Large Mountain level to Mountain Range level at some point as well.

I suppose that "Likely High 7-A" might be an idea.

Have you adjusted the profile accordingly?

"Likely High 7-A" is fine if you insert an explanation within a parenthesis, preferably with a link to the evidence.
