So if a cosmology stated hell is infinite layered each other (idk if its has higher existence than each other)

And if in this hell there is no space and time nothing inside of it. Then is it ouversal? Or L1-A

I don't think simply being bigger than universe is enough to grant 1-A. In my opinion its just BDE1. Although, if a void lacks space-time and contains the universes like they are small objects in a vast backdrop, like droplets of water in an ocean, that can also grant 1-A.

It can possibly be High 1-B, Low 1-A, even higher or lower than all of this. Things like this have to be evaluated case by case depending on the context of the verse and details provided in it regarding these structures.
