Danny Phantom (The Universe): Vlad gets stomped all three rounds. He's strong but he can only do so much before God Tiers and the more haxed ghost decide to end him.
Dark Cloud: He could have one all three rounds but True Dark Genie exists so he doesn't win a single one.
Okage: Shadow King: He speed blitzes and hax stomps everyone but he can't touch Overshadowed and Epros has Nonexistent Physiology so he ends up Classified by Beiloune. So he doesn't win any round.
Camp Lakebottom: He stomps in all three rounds.
Chaos Legion (Game): He speed blitzes and hax stomps all three rounds.
BattleTanx: Stomps all three rounds.
Threads of Fate: Speed blitzes and hax stomps.

Death and Destiny: It depends on the amount of prep they get. In both rounds 1 and 2 Sanura with setup (or probably any witch for that matter) can BFR him to a hell dimension which will destroy his soul. In the third rough, it gets far tougher. But the gods have hax that can deal with both of them. And they can affect folk from a different realm entirely. Reality warping is a pain.
Psyre: With all their hax, there's unfortunately not much they can do. Vlad, by virtue of being a ghost, resists pretty much all the potent hax in verse: Disease manip, Mind manip, biological manip. And his Regenerationn lets him come back from matter manip, life force absorption, disassembly, and carbonization. Only one he can't defeat his Quat Nevas. And he can't possess it either, as it's not truly sentient. They stalemate until round 3, where Danny can oneshot it.
Katekyo Hitman Rebor Vlad's mind manip resistance doesn't save him from KHR illusions. So the illusions can incap him. Additionally, Tsuna (and likely other sky flame users) can destroy disembodied souls. So it's lights out if he ever leaves his body to possess someone. Round three means none of them can actually touch them. But they still can be incapped by illusiions. Or be BFR'd by Daemon.
The Gamer: Han conjures a void to ruin their day and bypass their regen. Han by himself solos rounds 1 and 2 through both a massive speed amp paired with reading their abilities and pulling out whatever he needs. Which in this case is void, or possibly mind manip since he could see their resistance as a percentage. This is without getting into anyone in the verse, such as the newest threat that can melt minds, souls, and mana. Or Arc Company, who has limited law manipulation. Round 3 is much the same.
Tower of God: I'm still unsure if they have NPI. If they do, rounds 1 and 2 are likely stalemates at worst and wins at best. Unfortunately, precognition doesn't do much here, but they kinda deal with that daily as the main character resists such. It's possible that Karaka could absorb him with world of darknes, or that White could kill him and absorb his soul to make himself stronger. Levy also seems to have an ability to steal souls. In round 3 they get stomped, unfortunately. Due to sheer AP difference. Though I may be forgetting some notable hax they have.
Konjiki no Gash Bell: They don't have NPI. But in round 1, his AP isn't enough to defeat anyone who makes it past the first arc. And in round 2, his AP isn't enough to take out golden book Gash or Final form Clear. He could possess them, but a book keeper cannot burn their own book. Vlad's attacks do affect the mind and soul, however. So he should be able to take it pretty easily since they lack access to any hax that he doesn't resist.
I'm definitely missing some verses, as per usual. But this is plenty for now.
