With which crossover? The only crossover feats we can use are those that happen in the actual crossovers themselves, since 99% of crossovers are only canon to Villainous not the other way around.

In the Villainous orientation he said that no one could beat his "multiversal" record of kicking cute things. I assume this would include an entity known as GOLB who also has 2C striking strength on his page.

Adventure time has appeared in Villainous orientations more than once. Even an orientation that directly involved it. Black Hat would practically be aware of this particular entity. But wouldn't it be fair to assume if Blackhat knows Hunson Abadeer and the last scholar of GOLB, he would by extension know about GOLB?

Not really, crossovers on the site are generally pretty strict
Generally nothing beyond what's properly confirmed in the respective series (in this case Villainous) is taken into account, meaning that feats/lore that has only appeared in one of the featured series can't be used by default, as much as we didn't make Kingdom Hearts characters tier 4/3 by scaling to Final Fantasy characters.

Eh, seems fair. But it would be weird if he has no idea of GOLB's existence despite having met and knew about Hunson Abadeer and the last scholar of GOLB respectively. And also the fact that the world of Villainous seems to have world's of other verses as an extension of itself, which includes...a lot.

yo, sorry for showing up late. It would be dope for scaling GOLB but if he was shown in the crossover we would have no solid feats for him.
Since far most crossovers are one sided (with few exceptions here and there) they aren't considered the canon version and start with a blank slate for how strong they are. The only reason Anti Pops is there is cause he shows the feat in the crossover

Ah, you showed em the scan good. I was about to bring it up. Might be the only exception to the one-sided crossover thing (Funny enough OK K.O. loves doing crossovers too, so not too much of a surprise). Don't think Boxman gets anything even if we scaled him off of OK K.O. anyway tho.
