Those feats clearly have nothing to do with AP scaling, they only show that Mark can lift someone her age.

Can I apply Vicky's feats to her profile?

Yeah, I guess I'd argue Mark is superior in LS to her he's consistently shown to have a strong grip and was able to hold her off of him when she fell madly in love as well as the first feat where he chokes and slams her onto the ground. Lifting someone up and then slamming them down to harm them could more be a showcase of just really great LS compared to a character I wouldn't say Mark is comparable to Vicky 1 to 1 but he would still scale for harming her and his great LS seems to be a normal part of his character
