Currently we list the nobles at Low High Regen thanks to Carmilla coming back from just a mass of blood
However, during the movie she kills Charlotte in order to take her blood into her original body, which still is there, just badly wounded, going by that, it wasn't just via Blood, so we shouldn't keep their Low High regen, and intead of that, just scale her to Meier's Regen feat, which is Mid
