Should Joker with Satanael get Resistance to Resistance Negation?

You can see in this clip (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQZoXf3w5to) just after Joker awakens to Satanael that he manages to completely negate damage from an Almighty Attack. It has been agreed upon in previous CRT's that Almighty Attacks work as a form of resistance negation; allowing the user to attack and harm an opponent regardless of their resistances (unless that has been changed since then). Would there be any problem with having this added to his profile (even though resistance to resistance negation feels like an oxymoron... )

I would think it's a pretty clear cut case. Can it just be added? Or is more input required?
