Pretty much everyone agrees that Tsunayoshi Sawada's Zero Point Breakthrough:First Edition is sealing in addition to being Ice Manipulation, and we've been treating it as such in vs threads.
Even the description of the ability on his page suggests this.
"Zero Point Breakthrough: First Edition: A technique created by Vongola Primo and later used by the Ninth and Tenth Vongola Bosses. It takes advantage of the user being in Hyper Dying Will Mode to create ice that can seal away Dying Will Flames and can only be melted by strong Dying Will Flames. This same technique was used to trap Xanxus for ten years."
This CRT is just to finally add sealing to Tsuna's P&A section.
