Equipment only makes it a reverse stomp. The gravity gun increases gravity by at least 50x and a much stronger Goku got horribly nerfed under better conditions.

Nah, it's just an unfortunate match up. Goku is towards the upper end of Low 5-B so it can be hard to find a match.

SS2 Goku or someone that scales to Frieza's first form may be closer though. Since you got Post-Crisis and Smallville.
