Versus threads conclutions going ether way

So I was curious about a recent thread I was apart of I know a character wins if he gets more votes then the other but I was wondering if a fight is considered close and could go ether way should the victor still have it in the profile but it could be alright if the other had a victory as well?

Okay I guess it's not impossible for one character to win but still being possible for the other one to win as well?

yea, if there's many, but nearly on par number of votes (like 8 to 7), and both sides have good arguments, then it is deemed inconclusive.

Okay understood it makes me losing some threads feel less painful cause I know now my side had a good chance as well
