Versus Thread Removal Requests (New forum)

I would like to request the removal of the following threads:

Hi, I would like to remove this match from Boruto's page simply because Boruto doesn't have a low-5b key anymore. He's base has now upscaled around 11xish from that fight, causing the stats used in the match to be outdated.

Link to the match : https://vsbattles.com/threads/boruto-two-blue-vortex-versus-mira-yoo.177198/

Boruto's page : https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Boruto_Uzumaki_(Two_Blue_Vortex)

Mira's : https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Mira_Yoo_(Pre-Timeskip)
Shud be fine.

Technically Mira also got upgraded so they are both 5-B and still in the same tier.

Although since the AP difference can be seen as significantly different than it was, I guess it should be removed
Was hoping a rematch with her Post Timeskip profile but she jumps up to 4-a

Yeah she basically gets the GOH equivalent of getting Shibais entire body transplanted into her arm.

The only character specifically at low end 4B would be base Satan using like, jeabongchim x500 and up. I had an idea for a 4-B calculation once but without a UES it wouldn't scale anyway.

id request the removal of one of Denji´s Profile Matches

Denji Vs Dio Brando: Post training Denji was used and phantom blood Dio Brando, the Matchup was made in February 2022

their stats have really changed, back then Post Training Denji had High 8C AP and Subsonic speed, and currently his post training self has Multi city block+ AP, besides the fact he has more detailed Powers and abilities

as for Dio, he seems to now have changed of being Large Building Level from his past profile and his current one, but even the current one says that its outdated

Hello

Today i'd like to start talking about why Sans vs Hiromi Higuruma should be removed from the profiles, either because it is a stomp or for Sans voters to argue against a pretty glaring and un-discussed line of thought: We don't know Underground laws and Judgeman, Higuruma's ability, is shown to be based on japanese legal code, which if we abide by (and we have to, or else Higuruma's ability makes no sense in this match), gets Sans guilty of at least 2 crimes (3 if you count selling hot dogs in an unregistered establishment).
  • Sans carries a lethal weapon that cannot possibly be authorized and is very likely unregistered, the Gaster Blasters
  • He also killed (or attempted to do so, depending on the timeline used) a child with said illegal weapon while on the duty of sentry
    • Capital Homicide (or Attempted Capital Homicide) with cruelty Degree
      • "Capital Homicide" is the most likely because Frisk has killed his brother and his friends and Sans says he planned to kill him
      • Cruelty Degree is very possible here since Sans kills (or attempts to do so) using not only a likely giant laser weapon, but using magic/sorcery that damages the soul directly and did it against a child
      • Article 37 of Japanese Penal Code says that the Necessity of a justified violence does not apply to special professionals on duty, which clearly is the case of Sans
        • Even if that was disconsidered, there is no legal precedent to do anything remotely close do illegal to children, so in practice, this is a constant
  • (And there's the Hot Dog Selling Point, if you wanna)

If you don't know who Higuruma is, basically if Judgeman, the creature his technique summons who knows everything about all inside it, finds the target guilty of a crime, its Cursed Technique or Cursed Energy is confiscated, rendering whatever the target may have as a kit, useless or severely crippled.
As the main selling point for Sans' victories is the fact he deals damage to SOULs, i'm very inclined to say Judgeman will confiscate his magic, making Sans only capable of doing At Most 9-B physical damage, which Higuruma tanks with ease while being either 8-B or High 7-C, so the match is a stomp IMO.

None of the profiles is blocked, but as the thread i linked was 4 pages long and i'm claiming it is a stomp, a remake of it does not seem the proper way.

Sans is a Sentry, a hired security professional

Japanese law says professionals aren't covered by the Article speaking about Necessity of causing harm (Penal Code)

(Necessity)
Article 37
(1)An act a person was compelled to take to avert a present danger to the life, body, liberty or property of oneself or any other person is not punishable only when the harm produced by such act does not exceed the harm to be averted; provided, however, that an act causing excessive harm may lead to the punishment being reduced or may exculpate the offender in light of the circumstances.
(2)The preceding paragraph does not apply to a person under special professional obligation.

Japanese law says professionals aren't authorized to carry lethal weaponry, which Sans does (In-depth article; Sans' Profile)

Security services reflect the diverse operational needs in Japan's densely populated urban environments and high-profile events, where guards often work in conjunction with police to enhance public safety without carrying firearms, as private security personnel are prohibited from using lethal weapons.[2][6]
(Sidenote: Sans would have to somehow prove that Gaster Blasters are licensed, because unregistered weaponry can just be aggravating his situation and i'm pretty sure nobody knows how Sans' powers work, due to basically everyone - including his superior - saying he just slacks around... And japanese law does not permit laser skeletal varying-sized laser guns under any known circumstances)

The Gaster Blasters are a part of his magic, like they're literally part of him. I dunno if that really works.
The Capital Homicide point was also brought up and dismissed in the thread since we're not using a post-Geno fight sans, he's kinda, ya know, dead.

The thread also had a lot of discussion over whether Higuruma would even be able to confiscate all of his magic or not, that def went into the sans votes too.

They're listed as equipment, so it should work

Well, what about the implications that he killed Frisk again and again?
Also, even atempted Capital Homicide would be giving the same results here

Some pages list summons as equipment, but I doubt Higuruma's Domain would treat it that way. Unless we think Megumi's losing his CT for a similar reason?

And actually, having the Gaster Blasters count as a weapon would probably do more harm than good for Higuruma.
Like Confiscation would then only get rid of the Gaster Blasters and that's it. It'd hardly leave an impact on their fight.

Judgeman wouldn't know. sans never killed Frisk in the timeline that actually occurred, the one where Frisk won.
It'd be akin to Yuji being on trial for murdering Megumi in another timeline.

Plus again we run into the problem where the sans that attempted it at all, is dead.

Judgeman wouldn't know.
If Sans knows, then Judgeman knows, because he knows every single detail in the memories and mind of the ones inside Higuruma's Domain
And Sans indicated to know about every possible timeline, including ones where Frisk killed him and several ones where he killed Flowey (who you may count as an individual or as 7 children at some point) reaching the point of the latter trembles with just the mention of Sans' name (so we may include Torture as one of the potential crimes here?)

All the ones who can manage SAVEs are basically a collective being from their selves in all timelines, because all of them seem to be related to the ones in other timelines to the point of sharing knowledge or directly interfering with the actual existence of other timelines, with examples of that being Sans mentioning his knowledge of how many times you died and if you already killed him, and Flowey being able to remember being killed over and over by Sans while also eventually being able to mess around with your SAVE

And actually, having the Gaster Blasters count as a weapon would probably do more harm than good for Higuruma.

If that's what Judgeman counts as the crime Sans should be punished for
Judgeman can either censor Sans' spells or take his Blasters, and i have a particular problem with your last statement
Higuruma, specially by the Shinjuku arc, is a very capable sorcerer, and he has shown that he has an answer against just spam that would be lethal

Higuruma is not a pushover and taking one of Sans' main parts of the kit while Higuruma develops very very quickly can be something dealt with by him quite easily

And that's all if Judgeman doesn't trial/convict Sans for the multiple murders/attempts, which is an infimal possibility

If Sans knows, then Judgeman knows
sans doesn't know though. He is only guessing how many times he has managed to kill Frisk based on their expression. That's why Frisk needs to tell him his secret password for him to realize that you have already heard him say his spiel before and the like.
This is doubly the case for the Flowey stuff cause Flowey has deliberately avoided sans before we start the game, to the point sans doesn't even know he exists. That's why he mistook him for an Echo Flower someone is using to mess with Papyrus and incorrectly assumed that we are the Anomaly messing with the timeline when it's actually Flowey.

Even then, Higuruma would have to convict sans of a crime he never committed and considering how Deadly Sentencing operates, it's going to be pretty hard.
If that's what Judgeman counts as the crime Sans should be punished for
Sukuna wasn't punished for having Kamutoke but that's still what Confiscation took.

Yeah he's good, it just doesn't really matter when you're going against a guy with superior LS who's first move is TK slamming you into a wall of bones that not only target soul, but do so in a way that other characters who can reduce damage from soul attacks still die in a second or two.

Faramir vs Jon Snow should be removed due to the following:
  • Faramir is far more skilled and experienced than Jon, whose skill for some reason was wanked as a god-tier of the verse in the thread, which isn't the case. And even overrating Jon's skill to that level, I don't think that even comes close to the skill of the LotR books. So to begin with, it's a skill stomp.
  • Faramir has a slight advantage in AP and far higher LS, which would allow him to disarm Jon by just applying a little strength in a sword exchange.
  • Speed was unequalized. Jon having higher reactions was argued as a win-con, but (per the wiki definition of reaction speed) that would only allow him to dodge a single blow/short, quick movement. Jon moves, fights, and attacks slower than Faramir (Superhuman vs Subsonic), who would only need to make multiple simultaneous attacks (combat speed) to overwhelm his reactions.
  • Finally, Jon is haxless, he's just a human swordsman. While Faramir has some abilities like Regeneration, Enhanced Senses, which grant him superhuman situational awareness in combat, and Telepathy, which allows him to read the thoughts and movements of a slower Jon, rendering his only advantage in reaction speed even more useless.
  • In summary, Faramir is superior to Jon in almost every aspect: skill, experience, abilities, AP, LS, and speed, minus reactions which are mostly useless for Jon.
Regarding the match, Jon Snow was downgraded to Peak Human and his Subsonic reaction speed is just perception speed now
