Vergil's teleportation, arguably comparable skill, and the Spatial Manipulating Yamato bypassing durability should give him the win.

I don't think dura neg really matters here, since Doomguy's durability is still Town Level.
But anyway... voting Vergil via Teleportation, Summoned Swords and overall more versatility.

The Doom Slayer key is in the middle of a serious revision right now, so whatever results come from this are probably subject to change.

Which way he goes depends on whether or not a recent calc is approved.
There's a fairly solid possibility of him jumping up a few of AP/durability tiers, but there's also the possibility of him being downgraded below Tier 7 as a whole. Either way, he won't be Town level anymore, and his AP with Quad Damage probably won't stay at Large Town level either.

Yeah. Some turmoil happened with the revisions and a lot of things got dragged out, but we're waiting on a couple of new calcs to go through now so that we can change things accordingly.
He and the rest of the high-tiers are going to be downgraded pretty severely. Probably headed towards Tier 8 territory, and the overall speed rating's getting ripped to shreds as well.
