If he AP gaps, a lightning bolt may instakill off of pure potency, but other than that not really. EM Waves are pretty potent but again don't really provide indtakill.

Lightning is hot, hotter with Spectral Amplification but that still doesn't make it a broken hax in any regard

Complex Sorcerers don't gain anything too OP, mainly just Precognition

That's cool, he's actually one of the least OP characters as he mainly revolves around being pure power.

Also his key is 296 Exatons not 29.6 since he upscales to Vallum's first key values

That’s another transformation entirely I think, and stuff can be restricted if they are a higher tier, for example Deku from MHA can be restricted from using anything beyond OFA 5% even though he can canonically go 100% whenever he wants (At the cost of a limb) for the sake of fairness

Do we even have enough permissible 5-Cs by active users?

I'm looking through a lot of pages in the 5-C category and they're either way too high end or just haven't been updated since like 2022. Granted we do have at least one extra guy not listed yet;

I mean unless I update Snoopy to at most 5-C (which i really need to do tbh) no.

This does seem like an affirmation that The Duck is his pick, so that's 10, then there's Superman as submitted above, but then... We stopped at 11. It's not very divisible into a proper bracket even if we wanted to cut back the number of participants to that value, so we'd either have to boot out two guys, take a few other redundant verse picks, allow a conflict of interest and let the tourney host throw in their own batch of characters, or indeed submit to VSBW

Yeah I have no clue. I'll go ahead and add Duck and Superman. I've participated in my own tourney's before, the reason why I haven't entered this one yet is because I wasn't sure I was feeling up to it but, I may have to to maximize fcoc people... I guess we'll see if anyone else wants to submit any

5-C is not a very active tier so it will be tough to find 16 characters over there

Also the higher the tier, the more difficult to find fairer matchups

You could still start the Tournament with as much as you were able to find, some people would have extra matches
