VeneficaAuthor's Country Class Tourney Thread (Low 6-B, 6-B, and High 6-B allowed) (16/16)

This tourney inputting has been running so slow and with only 3 participants listed, I feel many fitting profiles were overlooked, so I sacrificed myself to go through all and sum up everyone not listed in the table yet who wasn't fully rejected and fit into the tiers:

FC/OC profiles:
1 - BLU Heavy (At least 6-B)
2 - Mario SMBZ (At least 6-B, possibly higher with Starman)
3 - Mecha Sonic SMBZ (possibly 6-B, higher with Chaos Blast)

VSBW (but suitable):
1 - Mob Psycho ??? key (At least 6-B)
2 - Tomura Shigaraki (6-B, far higher with Quirks)
3 - Naruto (6-B with Kurama Mode, High 6-B with Kurama Sage Mode)

Minorly rejected, but on special conditions / special matching could perhaps join:
1 - Ditto [Ditto's Obsession] (Varies depending on who it transforms to)
2 - Terminator Stickman (6-B + Time Stop restricted)
hear me out Leo, would the arena itself be immune to time stop, it would be an arena rule

I think that's pretty sus and likely not allowed. Also, I already have my two characters in.
