Tats can immobilize him thanks to her vast Lifting Strength advantage but I’m pretty sure that’s the most she can do to him. After that he just nukes her with a Super Explosive Wave due to the AP gap.

Tatsumaki doesn't have information analysis or nearly enough IQ to try doing something like that. Her tactics invole her sheer TK powers, nothing else.

He doesn't have dura neg and I doubt he will get it for dirty fireworks either mostly because the manga scan for it is quite ambiguous and the fact that the anime and games represents it more so just as an explosion

This already happened with a way stronger tatsumaki and vegeta clapped. Her win condition doesn't change I think, she can fling him to space but it's kind of out of character, so voting Vegeta.
