Does Vegeta uses Hakai in character in this form or does he prefer close combat more?

I'd argue Vegeta would be able to land a Hakai since Alien X's starting moves like mind control and or telekinesis won't work. Vegeta is more skilled in combat so he'd be unlikely to get his but doesn't this Vegeta like to take hits or am I mistaken?

Vegeta wins, he hakai's while alien X is trying to mid hax him which won't work, if he tries to hand to hand he can win with 1 attack but then vegeta just skill stomps and deletes with his aura.
