Kracko is immortal via clouds. Type 8. His text states that as long as clouds are in the sky, Kracko will continue the fight. And due to the fact that he's blown up every time you face him, it makes perfect sense that he has type 8 immortality.

@Cal that appears to be more along the lines of making Kracko hard to permanently kill. He's still clearly destroyed and defeated by Kirby so it doesn't appear to be helpful in combat.

Kracko due to versatility, mobility, survivability, superior defensive techniques and more.

Also, while Vegeta is skilled, Kracko could just blow up the planet and be done with it.

Vegeta because he is a more skilled and if he decides to use Oozaro there is no chance Kracko beats him also Kiai is the ability to manipulate wind using Ki which Vegeta has and can use to blow away the clouds if Kracko regenerates

Considering how he literally comes back from being blown up countless times, and sometimes comes back in the same game, occasionally in the same level, I'd say that's a useful type 8.

EDIT: Also, Kracko is scaled to Nightmare's 80.93 Zettatons. Just for a little reference. Wanted to help a little more. However, I don't know what Vegeta's planet scale is, so I can't help in that.
