So they are around similar sizes (Champ being 24.384 meters and Lio being 25). Lio is more thickly built, and has superior LS. Champ has the ability to adapt to situations and has an arguably higher AP feat, being able to capsize a large steam passenger ship by accident. Issue is Champ's adaption is never shown for combat and it is unknown how long it takes, though presumably not incredibly long.

Liopleurodon has much larger jaws that should be able to easily crush Champ's long thin neck, and it also should be able to outmuscle the plesiosaur with its 150 ton weight.

If speed wasn't equal. With that, I would give it to Liopleurodon due to the fact if he latches on, he ain't letting go. Also, ambush tactics.

Ambush isn't that great when they are right next to each other and your opponent can sense you with echolocation.
