Vaporization of Castle

This was a feat done by Oc of mine, i would like to know if anyone would know at what tier it would put the character?, he vaporized a Castle made of granite, Im assuming its High 8-C feat but would still like input, i really want my characters to be justified by accurate stuff

Edinburgh Castle has an area of 35,737 m^2 and a height of 130 metres

Volume = Area * Height

35,737 * 130 = 4,645,810 m^3

Using 90% Hollowness

4,645,810 - 90% = 464,581 m^3

464,581 * 1,000,000 = 464,581,000,000 cm^3

464,581,000,000 * 25,700 = 1.1939732e+16 J
