This will be simple.

Van Helsing and Dracula are both listed as Tier 9-A, but there isn't a good justification for why they jumped from Tier 9-B to 9-A. So my proposal is to downgrade Van Helsing and Dracula to At least 9-B.

Their lifting strength will be downgraded to At least Class 5 since they scale from Mr. Hyde who could easily lift one of Notre Dame's bells. The bells weigh between two and three tons each

Finally, Anna Valerious should be upgraded to Wall level since Anna can harm Aleera and take blows from her.

Those tierings are definitely very odd. No particular calc or feat is listed for why they are considered 9-A. I'd call for those to be removed, but I'd like to check with whoever made the page (or otherwise someone familiar with the verse) regarding why their tiering was listed as such.

Could you elaborate on the Wall level tiering for Anna Valerious? If she can harm people who can harm her, and she has Wall level durability, that would suggest she has Wall level AP. But her profile only lists Athlete level durability, so harming people who can harm her is just Athlete level. What makes it Wall level?

I think the person who made Dracula's profile is no longer in the wiki.

Ah, it was Matt who made the Dracula page. Interesting. I don't know if he's fully inactive, but I haven't seen him in a while, and I don't expect he'd know the exact justification behind a tiering for a page he made back in 2017 one way or the other. The 9-A tiering can probably be removed without any fuss, provided no one else involved with the verse can explain it.
