Just to bump this, i'll give it to Alexandrite.

Asura's forced to just his Vajra form from when he fought Wyzen. Not only that, Alexandrite is also possibly higher so she has a slight power advantage. There's the fact that she has the weapon skills of that from the CG's and has better regen than Asura.
