She's not considered very skilled within her verse, usually only shooting into crowds of enemies. On top of everything, V can also amp his already higher stats, including speed despite being equalized. I'm leaning towards stomp.

Power Modification (As she continues fighting, she can evolve to better deal with her opponents, granting herself new powers and even modifying already existent ones)

She can’t grant herself new powers as soon as he goes for the incap tho. Unless it’s instant or something.
